The Web Content Coordinator will interface directly with iPressroom clients and will provide ongoing support, content administration and supervision using iPressroom's proprietary web content management system and integrated marketing and public relations tools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a web-savvy go-getter interested in interactive marketing, online pr and the latest tools and technologies such as Blogs, RSS, and Podcasting (Note: If you don't know what these are - do not apply for this job).
The Web Content Coordinator will have strong interpersonal communications skills, be highly motivated, has experience with Blogs and web publishing, very strong computer skills (see below** for specifics) and is Windows proficient. We're not a Mac office - sorry.

Specific Responsibilities:

Update and maintain PR/Marketing/Corporate content on client web sites via our proprietary content management system

Monitor online marketing initiatives including search marketing ads

Research prospective clients and companies
-
Maintain marketing databases
-
Support collateral development and fulfillment
-
Participate in new media marketing tasks, such as podcasting
Required Skills:
-
Solid understanding of emerging internet technologies including blogs, podcasts, social networking, search and online marketing basics

Basic Photoshop skills mandatory

Basic knowledge of HTML and web programming
-
Experience with digital video/audio editing a plus

Public Relations Industry knowledge a plus.

Individual must have acute time management skills excellent verbal and written skills
